Join Tom, Keighan, and Paul in the Chapel for our weekly music jam session.

Every Friday at MJC we run a Dungeons and Dragons session for our students. D&D is a feature of many forward-thinking educational establishments as it helps develop collaborative problem-solving skills in a supportive and inclusive social setting. Students who may have struggled in groups in the past have a chance to build up their social skills in a safe environment. D&D is not about winning, it is about working together to overcome problems and success is not always guaranteed. Failure in a story-based setting usually encourages students to develop new ideas and approaches to achieve success. At MJC we find that the confidence that students gain from playing D&D stays with them and we see it in the classroom and in new friendships being created.
